Use your Fully charged Battery and try this Knowledge Base to recover your device:
KB10144 : How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader
Try it and see if that helps.

i have actually tried the force detection route as explained under article ID KB10144, but even the desktop software itself can not detect the phone even after i've used 3 fully charged batteries its just dead, no light flashing or even sound so i can't access that application option with my desltop software.

If application loader is unable to load the OS , then try those steps it might work .
( Credit JSanders )
1) Make sure you have Blackberry Desktop Manager installed.
2) On your PC, go to Start > Run and copy and paste the following line exactly (meaning with the quotation marks):
"c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader\loader.exe" /nojvm
3) The Application Loader Wizard will appear -- click "Next."
4) In the "Connection:" drop-down menu, you should see "USB-PIN: UNKNOWN". Click the "Next" button.
5) You should then see a list of applications ready to be installed for your Blackberry. Hit Next and Finish and you are well on your way to getting your Blackberry back to life. Congrats! Just don't disconnect anything and let the lengthy process finish completely.
NOTE: If you do not see a list of applications mentioned in step 5 and instead see the message "The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator," then you must download Blackberry's Operating System for your carrier and device.
Just select the appropriate carrier and network type, select your Blackberry model from the list and download the latest version. Install this download and follow the above steps again and you should be on the right path.
Try it and let us know of your progress.

Sorry but you can't perform those steps on a Mac you have to do it over Windows , If you can manage then try those steps or you have to contact your Service Provider for further help.

Sorry to hear that you still unable to recover your device , Its good if you managed a PC , regarding your device when you follow those Instruction the most crusial part is Step # 4 , It require multiple attempts to get pass that stage , you have to try again and again , At one point application loader may show the PIN UNKNOWN ,As soon as it shows you have to Click the next button , remember this PIN UNKNOWN will appear for only a few seconds.
you can also refer to this Knowledge Base :
Please note you have only those methods to recover your device , so please try a few more attempts , Or else there is no other way but have to contact your Service Provider to carry out the repair.
