HELP! I downloaded the new bbm and it just shows up 'setting up bbm' i have left it for ages and it hasnt done anything! please tell me what to do!
Additional info: device; curve 9320
i will appreciate any help given!

I assume you already have BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS already on your account , if not then call you carrier to activate that , it fix your current issues with BBM.
If you already have that ( BIS ) on your account then you can try re-installing which might help . To do that first On your Homescreen go to Options > Device > Application Management > locate and Delete BlackBerry Messenger from the list ,

Once it is done perform a battery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On , wait a min then reinsert it back.
To Reinstall BlackBerry Messenger from your BlackBerry browser browse to www.blackberry.com/bbm and download the most recent available for your device. after installation perform another reboot .
Try it and see if that helps.
