Hello All -
Please forgive my ignorance!
I just upgraded to a BB 8130 with Verizon. I want to be able to maintain my contacts (and back them up) on a pc...please help me do this.
Also, I would like to get different ringtones....any suggestions on that?
Thanks and again, I am sorry!

You have to download Blackberry Desktop Manager and it will backup all your contacts on the computer. You can use outlook to do this if you wish.
You can download it here: na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/

I cannot seem to be able to access it once I download it on the computer...
Am I able to make additions or corrections to it and then have them transfer to my phone?
Any help on the ringtones?

For ringtones...I use mbuzzy.com. It allows me to create my own ringtones and then send them OTA to my phone. I love it!!!
For the DM issue...I have no clue why you wouldn't be able to find it on your desktop other then you may not have saved it to your desktop.
Look for it under your start menu and then programs.
