HELP! So i have the blackberry curve 9330, AND..?

it has rebooted itself literally 2times in 5mins.. i was on the speaker phone, and in the middle of the conversation it goes black and the red flash goes on and it reboots, then i walk away for 2mins, and its back at the same blackscreen with the red light on, idk why its doing it.. its happened when i use youtube, or the internet, and the facebook app.. why? HELP. please!

To resolve the rebooting issue with your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9300 smartphone, please try to back up your data using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and perform a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software. For further instructions, please see the following KB articles.
