Hi everyone, I am sure this will sound like a dumb question but perhaps someone can help me -
I have a BB Curve 8830 through T-Mobile, the phone runs Wi-Fi but I cannot use the App Store.
Yes, I appreciate that the idea, it appears is that RIM wants me to have full internet but with Wi-Fi I don't need it.
I use the Wi-Fi all the time, for free, but can't use the store.
Did I do something wrong in trying to get the desktop software, or is it my mobile plan?
I tried downloading the software when the site went live but was told over and over that my phone could not run the stuff I needed for the App Store.
Any help out there?
Do you HAVE to have an internet plan to use this store?
