HELP bold 9900

Hey. 

 

I have an blackberry bold 9900. But its stopped working. I cant start my phone. Before it was an error message, but not anymore. I dont remember the error message but i looked for it and the error message meant that i needed to update my phone. But how can i do it if i cant start the phone?

It was an error message when i started the phone then it disappeared. It has nothing to do with battery. I need to update my phone

when you say you can't start your phone, does it have any led blinking? or just nothing happens at all?

usually would have a flashing led at least..
are you able to connect to pc and see if it detects?

When i connect to pc its a red flashing led. But the phone still dont start. I googled the error code that showed before and it meant that i needed to update my phone but i cant do it if i cant start the phone :/
