HELP!!!! for blackberry bold 9900

i did the last OS update and it has stopped from 4 hours on the backup step !!!
i tried restarting it but its all the same and i cant do anything please help ..

Remove the battery from the device.

Connect to your PC

Start the BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Place the battery in the device.

You should see a message on the PC to update or repair., etc., choose the Update and see if it completes.
