Hi. I can't connect to my email accounts in my Blackberry Torch 9800 although my device is connected to wifi. Also, I want to change the email account because this phone belonged to my aunt and I want to connect it with my email.

Actually, it sounds like there are more significant things to be done. Whenever transferring a device between ownership, this KB should be carefully and completely followed, even if the price of the sell/buy transaction is zero:
Also, be aware that unless you subscribe, from your mobile service provider, to a data plan that is adequate to enable email, you won't be able to use email via any means. You must be subscribed to an adequate data plan so as to enable various services, even if your only method of access to those services is via WiFi. Email usage is a BB-proprietary service on BBs, and requires an adequate data plan from your carrier in order to use it.
