HELP

I have performed a hard reset by registering my phone on d wireless network, and i have also removed and replaced my battery. done everything i possible to make it work bt to no avail. don't have an error code because i dont receive any, its jst says unable to login to my blackberry id account. if i try accessing my blackberry info it automatically takes my to my login page where i can't login.

Have a look at this Article of KB "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" or "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account info...    Do as it says.
