HELP !!!

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I did the last update blackberry messenger on my bold 9790 and since he displays the message "association BBM to your BlackBerry ID" and this for two days.

help me please.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the BBM update.


Are you on a Prepaid data plan or do you have a monthly subscription?


Is your device connected to a Wi-Fi network or are you using the Mobile Network?


Can you log in with your BlackBerry ID at www.blackberry.com/blackberryid on your computer?
