Are you seeing the upgrade notification via AppWorld? If not, then it may be that the developer has not completed the process of pushing the update via AppWorld -- you would need to push them to complete their process with RIM.
In some cases, it has been discovered that updates (from AppWorld obtained apps) require additional steps in order to install the update. If the update will not install, please attempt this:
