HOST ROUTING TABLE EMPTY

Can you help me  the HRT on my device is empty and i have tried to select the resgister option but it still is empty an i am seeing edge is lower cases and i just registered my phone to Blackbery Service, Can anyone help me please??

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Given what you describe, only your mobile service provider can resolve this. Your BB can "see" your carriers data network, but it cannot correctly attach to it and register. But, to diagnose, only your carrier has access to the necessary "behind the scenes" systems. Ring them up for formal support.
