HOW TO: Reset 9550 OS (back to factory settings)

Using 9550 as a MP3 player - not connected to phone service.  Phapsody suddenly not working saying liscense is expired.  Spent hours trying to fix w/rhapsody tech supp. They say I need to reset OS back to factory settings.  How?
