I'm having a really strange issue with Outlook 2007 and a BB Bold and was hoping someone may be able to help.
1. HTML email message is created in Outlook 2007 and is sent to a user with a BB Bold 9000.
2. The user reads the message on the Bold and then replies.
3. The reply viewed in Outlook 2007 contains the header information but the body is blank. Looking at the source of the message the content is all there but is not being displayed by Outlook.
4. If the reply is viewed in Outlook Web Access (Internet Explorer) or by right-clicking the message and selecting "View in browser" it is rendered properly.
It definetly seems to be an Outlook rendering issue and I've seen some info online recomending to change the "view encrypted email" registry key or to disable anti-virus scanning of email (AVG).
Has anyone else seen this issue and how can it be resolved?
