My company uses an automated email generated with a daily report. The email is sent out in HTML format. The problem here is that Blackberry users in my company get the email, but it’s displayed only as Plain text with no option to view in HTML.
If the same email that is automatically generated is then manually forwarded to a Blackberry user, the email is then viewable in its HTML format by the Blackberry user.
We are running BES version 188.8.131.52, with the policy of “Disable Rich Content Email” set to No, and “Inline Contact Request” set to Automatic Allowed.
Anyone know if this is a configuration issue?
