Having issues setting up email on 9790 with Fido

Trying to set up a new email but its not working

 

have tried ssl incoing server 

have tried non-ssl incoming server

 

it says it doesnt recognize the email server

 

need help please

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

You need to provide it with whatever the exact settings are that are required -- and you obtain those settings from your email service provider.

Beyond that, please give us a bit more detail...are you using the Advanced Configuration screens? Are you doing this via the device interface? Via PC/browser? Some other method?

Details please, as well as the exact and complete content of any error messages provided. From what you've said, I don't think that ssl or not is your problem...the actual address of the email server is what it's failing on.
