Having problem with email setup

Hi

I am having problem in setting up my email. As soon as I go to setup email it gives me an error "Your device encountered a problem with this applications server".

 

When I try to upgrade my software on 9900 it give me an error : your Blackberry desktop software failed to validate your blackberry device update"

 

Can anyone help me to solve these 2 problems.

On your BlackBerry Browser please try these steps:

1. Go to mobile.blackberry.com
2. Scroll down to Communication and then to Email.
3. Choose the appropriate email set up options.

 

If still persists,

Try to resend your Service Book. Read this Article.

How to clear and refresh the service book database if the BlackBerry smartphone is unable to send or...
