Having problem with my WIFI

My wifi can only browse. But not working with my BBM, email.

I diagonise my wifi.. And I found that wifi was not connected to blackberry insfrastructure.

How do I go about it.. I use BB9900

I reloaded my phone even because of it and didn't even work.

Do you have BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) on your data plan with your carrier?  Yes, BlackBerry devices can browse via Wi-Fi but without BIS on your monthly plan, you're not going to get BBM, Facebook or Twitter updates, push email, etc.  Check that out with your carrier.

On BIS I don't give get instant mail..

I am talking of my wifi.. Not data plan.. When it is connected with those not show the bb log beside d wifi icon.. How do I connect my wifi to blackerry infrastructure
