I had a phone through Telus, which is under a contract. It recently broke, and I purchase a Blackberry Torch 9800 through kijiji. It works great, but I am having two issues.
1. Register Blackberry on my device
2. setup email activation through Enterprise Activation
I looked on youtube how to register the device, it said: go to options-->device-->advanced system settings-->
hosting routing table. Then I click on the button 'register now.' It said it was sent. When I look in messages, there were no messages.
I want to set up email through the device, the only one available is Enterprise Activation. It asks for the email and password. Is that the blackberry or Telus email/password. I tried both, but nothing works. Any suggestions how to make these two things work.
