I am having difficulty with the setup for my email. I had it all done and was receiving email and now I am not. I tried to sign in to my account and it keeps telling me, wrongly, that my sign in should be at least 4 characters. Since it is my email address there are definitely at least 4 characters. When I go to the "forgot password" it has my email address automatically entered and when you press continue it says "your password has been successfully sent to your Blackberry device", yet nothing is in my email. Can anyone help?

Well, considering I have no idea what email those are being sent to, the normal answer is yes. But, again, since I have no idea what email account those are going to, I have no idea as to "how" you would accomplish that.
For instance, if the email account is GMail or Yahoo, you would use their webmail interface. Likewise for many other email accounts...if they have a webmail interface, use it.
The only special circumstance is if the email account you used is an @carrier or @BB type of email address. In those situations, there is no other interface to use...those email accounts can be accessed only via the device interface. In which case, this trick is needed:
