Re: Headphone problem

Well, a hardware problem is obviously one of the possibility. In that case you are entitled to factory warranty to get it fixed for free (assuming there was no water damage or other careless usage of the device) I just shared what worked out for my BB 9700 that came out with OS 5. So far, the problem does not persist and even when I have already upgraded it to OS 6

When playing music through my headphones I have a had a recurring problem with the "Say a Command" voice dialing prompt interrupting my music uncommanded.  This has been very frustrating.  However, this is only a problem when using my JLAB headphones.  An earlier comment referenced speaker impedence as a cause of this problem.  That's as good a guess as I can come up with
