Headset connection issue,

Hi All,

 

I am using a Curve 9220 ,i have updated the software to BB 7.1 through BB desktop software. Lately as soon as i am connecting my 3.5 mm headset and trying to listen to music /radio. it is automatcally  conecting to the voice recognision system . and stoping any audio or video playback and happening to and fro which is irritating me.

 

Guys plz Help me out .

Hi shanforall,

To rule out any possible issue with the software installation, could you please try to first back up all your data and then perform a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software. For further steps, please see the following KB articles.

Please test to make sure the issue has been resolved before restoring any data from your backup file.
