Headset issue

When I put my headset in my blackberry 9360, it keeps switching back and forth from headset mode to playing out loud. I assumed it was my headphones which was the problem but they work on other electronics.

Is the headset socket broken or something??

Re: Headset issue

It is likely a problem with the headset socket. You can inserting and removing the jack a few times and/or using some canned air to try and clean it or fix it. Sometimes it is something inside that is broken and can't be fixed.

Re: Headset issue

Yeah you can buy it where you buy computer accessories. It's used for cleaning keyboards and such.
