Hello, I recently purchased the Angels & Demons game ...

[ Edited ]

Hello, I recently purchased the Angels & Demons game from the Blackberry App World. The purchase was completed and shows up on my bank statement. But game is only the demo version, not the full retail version. It runs as the demo, and says I have to purchase the full version to access all the content. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling, and have had the same problem. It is like the demo version was sent to me to download instead of full version after I purchased the game. My order number is XXXXXXXXXXX. Please help me correct this problem. Thanks. Adam XXXXXXXXXXX

Re: Hello, I recently purchased the Angels & Demons game ...

Hi there!

I suggest you contact the developer -- they may have pushed the wrong version out to AppWorld, but they are in control of what vends through AppWorld,

If they reply that AppWorld has the proper version, then your inquiry needs to be sent as follows. Go to this URL:

and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection. Any other selection will simply route you back anonymously to these public forums.

If that does not work, then please return to these forums (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/) and register an account so that we can provide you with direct assistance.

Cheers!
