I think he is saying the same issue happens more frequently after the software reload. Before it was once a day, now its every few hours when using WiFi only.

After you install it, open the desktop manager. It will see the update to load to your device. Follow the same steps jsanders listed above to update the device.

You said "Yes I installed it! I saw it in add/remove option in control panal!"
this means that you have installed the update that will be loaded to your device.
and start from the very beginning.
On step 4, start with the part that says to navigate to apploader. You've already installed the update based on your quote above.
Follow the rest of the steps in order.
