Help! Blackberry Curve 3G

My phone just went blank earlier, showed a white screen then turned off! I have tried everything possible but it won't turn back on... does anyone know what has happened? And what I can do about it?

Re: Help! Blackberry Curve 3G

Hi,

Please pull out battery and connect your device with charger, after 2 to 3 mins it willl prompt a no battery sign.

once you will get a no battery sign on your handheld, insert battery without un-plugging charger.

Your handheld will boot up in another 4 to 5 mins.

Thanks...good luck

If you are using a microSD card, remove it.  Also go ahead and remove SIM.  Then test.

Also, do you have another battery you can try?
