Help! I don't understand..

I sent my phone out to be fixed through The Source, it was gone for 7 weeks when they finally sent me a replacement. But now, this one has more problems then my old one. One of the major problems is I updated the software, and Blackberry App World disappeared...? I have tried everything but I can't get it back.
