I just purchased a storm and use metro pcs as a provider. I updated my phone and now I lost my web browser icon and my web access. I tried the; option, advance option, host routing table thing and nothing. I even took the battery out for about 10 seconds. Apparently I don't have no enterprise activation. I contacted metro pcs and they won't touch the phone. If any one can help me it will be much appreciated.

Are you still having this issue? By any chance did you create a backup before your did the update? If you do have a backup use this KB to restore the service book database, it may resolve your issue http://bbry.lv/bSbfl3
