Help Me

Hi All,

 

I bought Blackberry Torch 1.5 years back. 

I am not at all happy with the performance of this phone.

Rather I would say most dissatified with this phone. The phone hangs a lot.

Due to this freezing problem, I do not use this phone. It responds slowly. It hangs sometimes during calls.

When I recieve the call , I do not hear the voice of the caller. I restart the phone but all in vain.

Now I have a solution for this. If I remove the battery and insert again , the phone resets and it starts working. Then I am able to hear the callers voice. I have to do this 10 times a day.

 

Can please someone help me to come out of this problem ?

I just want to sell this phone at this moment. Most worst phone I have ever used.

I have wasted 26000 Rs. in buying this phone and the phone performance is not worth Rs. 1000 also.

have you tried to update latest bb os on your bb mobile? it's may be prev version bb os bug tried to update newer version bb os buddy.

Hi,

I think I have latest OS on my mobile.
2 months before I tried to updated to new OS but it reported that there is no update available for OS.

So still stuck Smiley Sad

Hi,

I have not updated to newer OS since I bought this mobile. So have no idea about it.

Can some BB official moderator look into this and provide some help ?

I'm sorry you're having issues with your BlackBerry.

To see your os software click alt+leftShift+H
(All the same time)
This would show your Help me! Screen. On the fourth line(app version) is you OS version.

Hi,

My App Version is 7.0.0.254(1328).
Is newer OS available for this model ?

i don't know just download software connect your mobile if new updates are available notify you and install that's all dude Smiley Happy
