Help Needed - spyware physically installed on my Blackberry

I am writing to ask for help on how to detect and remove spyware from my work phone - it was physically installed. I tried to have this removed through work, but they did not believe me (and my sanity was in fact questioned); this is affecting my life and my business on a daily basis and I am hoping that there is some way to stop this from happening, as I keep reading that it is impossible to remove. I changed my phone and SIM card, however this did not fix anything. I will be grateful for any help you can provide. Thank you so much.

Gidday SN

You do need to supply somewhat more detail than you have, mate.

However, I understand that AVG have a free AV program for mobiles.

Perhaps you could check that out?

What was installed and WHY do you think there's spyware installed?

Work phone? As in a BES enterprise device?

Who do you think installed this spyware?
