this is driving me nuts! I tried this, but it STILL won't work! I swear it is something to do with windows 7.  I was having trouble with sync period, even for my address book.  I was finally able to sync the address book by selecting Microsoft 7.  There is no Microsoft 7 option for the calendar though.  It walks me through all the steps for the setting to sync the calendar and then REFUSES to check the box to sync it!  HELP!!!!

Try using blackberry manager 5 software instead of version 6. Worked for me.
