Help Please ASAP

I was trying to upgrade my Blackberry OS 7.1 1133 to Blackberry OS 7.1 2494 Bundle . But at the end of the process, after reboot ther smartphone it doesn't connect to it again beacuse it still has the Password that i forgot to take out .

You should be able to enter the password wrong 10 times and the device will wipe and you can enter a new password. Then try to reconnect.

The device doesn't turn on . It gets stuck while rebooting before it ends the upgrading process /

Try wiping the device first with BBSAK from BBSAK.org

If i wipe it . It will erase the password?

Yes, as long as you can connect to it. It may require a password to connect to it, though.

Thankz . I did it all . I upgraded to the new 7.1 but now it stucks while turning on .

Just let it sit. It may take 30 minutes or more to boot up the first time.
