Hello I am Philip, I got a brand new blackberry Curve 9320 for Christmas, I have phoned up my Service Provider over 4 times to set up BlackBerry Messenger and all the times it has failed. BBM has not set up. When i click on BBM it always says there is an error with the service. This also happens when I try to download BBM or access my emails. It is becoming a frustrating process but does anyone know what to do? I think it is a probem with the phone because it seems to unlock itself without me touching it? anyone had the same problem? Much Appriciated and thanks in advance!

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?
