Help needed - cannot locate the registration key

I purchased Tunes for BB and during the download I was ask to reboot the phone to finish up the installation.  At the same time, shortly before the phone went to re-boot modus, the registration key popped up. I had no chance to write the key down.  After phone came back to life the software was installed but I'm not able to locate the reg. key.  I see application in My World but when I go to details appl. World popps up again and ask me to run or to purchase the software! Wo can help?

For more registration key information, see this KB:

As it states, you must log into MyWorld (using your PayPal credentials) in order to find the registration key. If the purchase did not complete (check your PayPal account to be sure), then you will need to complete the purchase in order to receive the key.

I checked in Paypal, the purchase went through.  I log in into My World, go to the application, click on Tunes, view details.  From there I will be directed to appl. world and see only the two options:  run or purchase.  When I go to purchase paypal will tell me that I already purchased and that I should go to My world...goes in circles!  I can not even re-download, won't let me.  And now I have to give in the key or the radio won't play at all.

Hmmm...very strange. From your description, it does seem that AppWorld has no record of the purchase. In which case you need formal support to reconcile it -- and that is only available via your carrier.
