Re: Help to add new mail with personal domain.tld

[ Edited ]

yes we have subscribed to BIS (full service).
you should know that we are not a new user to blackberry and we somewhat understand the required network blakberry.

that we do not understand why we did not find the column to determine the type of service port and Secure or not Secure as seen on os10. and we find it difficult to make a choice between pop or imap because they have become an 1 option. this really difficult for us. previous years all went well and all the options that we mean there are at os10. take a look at the pop and imap os10 separate option on os10. and was normal in os7, os6, os5 in 2012

Re: Help to add new mail with personal domain.tld

It was a simple question: Whose SIM card is in the device?

OK, and on that SIM card, which of the BlackBerry data plans do you have subscribed on the account.

I see on the website several. Which do you have?

Re: Help to add new mail with personal domain.tld

That appears to be pre-paid plan that doesn't include BIS email service.

You need a BIS data plan.

Such as:  http://www.xl.co.id/en/prepaid/starterpack/blackberry-full-service
