Help with 9300, BBM and Call Forwarding!

Hey, just got the 9300, never used a Blackberry before, having some trouble with it.


Logged into my Facebook, it asked me to set up BBM,

I did that, got an email saying 

Your BlackBerry® ID has been created


Went to sign into that and all I get is 'Associating BBM with your Blackberry ID'

its been on there for about an hour..... how long does it usually take?


Also this will be a work phone so I want to divert/forward all calls to Voicemail,

im on Orange/T.Mobile/EE, went onto Calls, Options, Call Forwarding, selected 'ALWAYS' and then forward all calls to the Voicemail number 07973100123, but I get 'Forwarding number 07973100123 not set for all calls, please check the number and try again'


So how can I make sure the Phone doesnt ring at all and goes straight to Voicemail without me actually having to keep the phone turned off.
