Help with my Curve freezing

My blackberry was working fine 1 minute than the next minute it froze the whole thing would'nt move. I've tryed taking the battery out an everything. When it froze it was on charge and it was nearly finshed i took it off charge and left it till morning and in the morning it would'nt turn on completely so i put it on charge and it turned on and still frozen what shall i do ?

try putting in the disc you got with your phone into your computer and make sure you back up your contacts pictures and music and then update the software that may help
