Help

Hi I just turned on my bb device and I plugged it in to my PC and it just didn't recognize it. It shows the connected sign on my phone but it goes off in about 2 secs please help me and my PC does not recognize it neither!!!!

You can try another reload:

force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader
http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144

If it still won't turn on after this, I'm thinking you will have to go to the store or repair shop.

am srry i may have said the wrong thing cuz its the media card i was talking about not the software sorry. i alredy have all latest softwares.

no its okay.  So you can't see the files on your sd card when its connected to the computer?

If that is the case, try this:

So can you see the files on the SD card from the phone (not connected to the PC)

Do you have the desktop manager installed?

When you connect it to the computer, do you get a prompt on the phone about "usb drive" 

If so choose this.

Does the phone show up on your computer as a new drive letter?

If so, can you acces that drive letter?

yes i have it installed but it dosent recognise my blackberry
