I am connected to my computer through the USB my BlackBerry desktop recognizes that I am connected however my phone will not charge.....

I am getting a message on my computer that it does not recognize the USB port hooked up... Could that have something to do with it? And if so how do I get it to recognize it?

I would also like to say that I tried to hook up my phone to my car charger and that also did not work?

Any help would be appreciated!

Re: Help!!!

Do you have the BlackBerry USB port device drivers loaded to the PC?

Also, make certain you are connecting the USB cable to a main rear USB port on the PC... not a USB hub or monitor port.
