Help

I got torch from Rogers is unlocked  I will like to erase the name of Rogers when turn power on and put bell Canada or nothing tks

The initial carrier "splash screen" cannot be changed.

As sdgardne stated, there is no way to change this.  The reason is that this is programmed into the low level programming on the device and we, as users, have no access to this firmware.  This is the catch with purchasing unlocked devices.  They may work fine with your carrier, but at the end of the day, they are still tied to the original carrier, meaning that even if you are trying to update the OS or something like that, you will be getting the OS from the original carrier, not from your current carrier (there are ways to force an OS to load from a different carrier, but the splash screen cannot be changed).
