First of all I want to say that I am very pleased to be part of this community, my name is Juan and I got the following problem:
When my father tries to dial a mobile phone number (from his blackberry) starting with 32, phone adds a plus sign like if he was actually dialing an international number.
I mean, if he dials 321 815 5634, we get the following result: +321 815 5634
Hope someone could give me a clue on how to solve this.
Thanks in advance,

Hi Juan and welcome to the forums!
I think the County Code may be set wrong.
I would explain this better, but I don't know what device you have. You should put it under your icon like we do.
On the main screen, press the green key, at the phone screen, press menu, select options, scroll to Smart dialing.
You have a Country code and a little lower a local country code. Make sure you set the correct option. I think that
is where your duplicate comes from.

Hi Bifocals, thanks for your reply!
I have checked what you said but there is no county code established , only country code has a value and in this case it is +57(Colombia).
What else can I do?
