I have no control over the terms of your warranty. Indeed, neither does BlackBerry.
Your warranty is a contractual matter between you and the place from which you purchased your device. BlackBerry extends standard warranty terms to everyone, but only via pass-thru from that original place of purchase. Some sellers alter those terms to be other than what BlackBerry will support, making them less or more generous.
So, in fact, BlackBerry technically has no standing regarding your warranty -- your warranty is a contractual question between you and the seller from which you purchased. So, your original purchase documentation will govern the specific terms of your warranty coverage, and since I have no access to that documentation, I cannot provide you with any evaluation.
