My Blackberry bold 9900 is 9 months old & I am using Airtel as a provider.
My phone is stuck on the boot screen from past 3 days & the progress bar just stops at 2/3.
I have tried battery pull several times & tried connecting to blackberry desktop software also but the result is same, the desktop software doesnt even recognize my device. its says connection to device not successfull & my phone is stuck.
My current version is 7.1 bundle 2108.
I NEED HELP PLEASE , ITS MY FAVORITE PHONE !!!!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:
It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, see what happens.
If the behavior ceases, then think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.
But if the behavior continues in Safe Mode, then you may need to consider more drastic actions -- WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload, and the "Bare Bones" OS Reload Process. To prepare, you should be sure that you have a full backup to your PC...please review the Backup link in my auto-sig on this post for instructions.

Thanks but I tried every step mentioned just now but its NOT WORKING.
Its killing me. Please tell me what to do now!!!!!
Every time while reloading software the #step come " Reconnecting to JVM " it gets disconnected & a message comes Application loader fails to connect as u might need to enter password as it got disconnected.
I also tried to Safe Restart, but i kept pressing real;ising & holding esc key bot its again gets stuck in the booting process & progress bar gets stuck in 2/3.

I may have been frustrated.

By the way I am getting a new error message now " reload error " please contact www.blackberry.com/507.
can you tell me the proper procedure of starting my phone in safe mode.

Safe Mode instructions are already above in Post 2...scroll up, click the link, and read it.
But, that's now irrelevant anyway...somehow, you've managed to WIPE your device...a 507 means that there is no OS or data on the device at all...it's been wiped clean. So now you need to use one of those "tricks" I linked for you also above in Post 2 of this thread. You may want to download and install, to your PC, the Desktop Software as well as your desired BB OS package...having them both installed to your PC can often work better with those "tricks".

I got my phone back from blackberry service center day before yesterday after a problem with 507 software reload error, but today it happened again.
without even trying to update my software or connecting to desktop my phone restarted and started showing this error ( reload software 507 ) after it for stuck thrice in the boot screen.
The safe mode aint working & I am unable to reload software using loader.exe, just while the step - reconnecting to JVC it gets disconnected and says " Please enter valid password, device disconnected " and it stops.
PLEASE HELP ME BRO.
