Highly disgusted with BlackBerry

I bought 4 BlackBerrys a year ago, then 3 months ago I had to take 2 of them in for repairs because the trackpads just stopped working completely. They then returned to me, 2 refurbished phones. Now those 2 refurbished phones are giving trouble, the scroll just keeps going up! I use my phone for EVERYTHING that I can do on it. Now I'm getting so frustrated with it that I never use it. My warranty expired the day before this problem started. I don't know if there is any way that I can fix this problem myself. One thing is for sure, I will never buy a BlackBerry again!

Trackpads are cheap and can be bought online. If you have a set of torx screwdrivers you can likely replace the trackpad yourself. Google "BlackBerry 9300 disassembly" and see what instructional videos come up. If it looks like something you could do then give it a shot.

That said, I have used trackpad BB's since they came out and have never had to replace one because it failed. Not sure what you're doing that causes them to fail.
