The worst support from BlackBerry! Noone can asnwer to questions in forums, no emails where we can send our problems!
Perhaps you don't understand how this all works. These forums, as presented when each user signs up here, are not a user-to/from-RIM formal support channel. Rather, they are a user-to-user community of kind volunteers who attempt to help out other kind souls to the best of their abilities. Berating them as "worst support" is simply berating other users, "out there", who are attempting to do their best.
As for formal support, as stipulated in the contract you agreed to when you subscribed for BB services on your BB, ALL of your formal services and support are provided to you by your carrier, who have the ability to escalate cases into RIM for things they cannot resolve.
Hopefully that clarifies how it all works.
