I don't know too mutch about your carrier but I am not convinced that all is ok with them. They should activate and register you to the Blackberry services. If all fails you can back up your data, put a new OS and then you should be able to create a new account and register.

I am having the same problem. I cannot rgister after subscribing for BlackBerry date service. The host routing table is empty.

The worst support from BlackBerry! Noone can asnwer to questions in forums, no emails where we can send our problems!

Hello,

 

Perhaps you don't understand how this all works. These forums, as presented when each user signs up here, are not a user-to/from-RIM formal support channel. Rather, they are a user-to-user community of kind volunteers who attempt to help out other kind souls to the best of their abilities. Berating them as "worst support" is simply berating other users, "out there", who are attempting to do their best.

 

As for formal support, as stipulated in the contract you agreed to when you subscribed for BB services on your BB, ALL of your formal services and support are provided to you by your carrier, who have the ability to escalate cases into RIM for things they cannot resolve.

 

Hopefully that clarifies how it all works.

Dear Sdgardne (or employer of BB, I dont know which is true),
I never read the contract and even do not what fixed there.
If you read carefully my posts I wrote that need support from BB, not from users.

Anyway, I need someone from BB whom I can write my problems- I have problems and I need to resolve it. There is no way to directly contact to BB- why?
BB should support customers, or am I wrong?
now I understand why there are so many financial problems in BB.
