How To: Move All Contact Under One Email Address

I have lost access to couple of emails and most of my contacts in the address book is under these emails. However, I have all the contacts on my Old BB. So now I am switching to a new BB and I cannot move contacts to the new one.

I have used desktop manager but the files are "read only".

Re: How To: Move All Contact Under One Email Address

Hi MBY18,

Welcome to the Support Community!

It sounds like wireless synchronization with an email account was enabled for your contacts on your BlackBerry® smartphone. Please try following the steps in this KB article to disable the wireless synchronization in your BlackBerry® smartphone Address Book, then try to backup your contacts again. "Enable and disable wireless organizer data synchronization for BlackBerry smartphones activated on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server" http://bbry.lv/NjzVDG

Hope this helps.
