hi there,

 

i cant seem t oload my os even thought i follow all the instructions.

 

i have a bb bold 9700 and i was trying to update my device os

 

it keeps on saying jvm could not communicate with device.

i have removed the vendor file as suggested.

I downloaded blackberry bold 9900 OS. I tried running it and a message box appear asking me to select a program to open the file with. What do i do?

did you doubleclick on the downloaded .exe file?

That's not a full filename. A filename routinely ends in a three alpha character extension.
