How can I clear my corrupted contacts so that I can upload my corrected contacts?

Each email account added it's address book to my contacts so now I have 4 entries for the same person each with a different level of correctness.

I corrected my address book on my mac and ONLY want to upload THAT address book to an empty contacts on my BB so that I have only one set of correct and updated data using the Desktop manager software.

So, how do I wipe only the BB contacts?

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

If I understand correctly, ALL of your contact list data is correct on your computer, and you want to clear ALL address book data from your BB so as to reload from what is on your computer. As such, this KB should help:

  • KB05313 How to clear the address book database on the BlackBerry smartphone

Good luck!
