The following events occur when I attempt to sync my Blackberry with my computer.
1. When first opening Blackberry Desktop Manager 6.0 on Windows 8, I get screen titled Application Updates available. If I click "updates available," I get message that all current updates are already installed.
2. When I attempt to sync the Blackberry with Outlook, I get message, "There are no applications configured for synchronization. From the synchronize screen, go to Configure>Synchronization to configure the applications.
3. When I attempt to configure syncrhonization for the various Outlook functions, I get message "No profiles were found in registry."
Is there a fix for this?

First off, you need to refer to these:
From that, you will see that what you are attempting is an unsupported configuration. From what I understand, there has been some luck with folks using Windows 8...here is the only KB I know of on the topic:
However, I do not recall off hand any reports of success with Outlook 2013...but you will need to search this forum for other threads on the topic to see if that indeed is the case.
