For work email, I activated BES on my Blackberry Style 9670. Now that my employer changed email servers, I'm not getting my email on my phone any longer. I've contacted Sprint and they weren't able to help me, and their website only walks you through the steps to activate Enterprise Server. There's nothing mentioned about making changes to it or deactivating it though. I'd be happy with deactivating it and starting over, but can't find info on how to do that.
All I want to do is reset it so that I can get my emails coming through to my phone again. Can anyone guide me on steps on how to do this?
Thank you so much!!

I've been working with them and the server has been updated and my Outlook email is going to the proper place now (on my laptop). However, we can't figure out how to correct it on my phone. The original "Enterprise Activation" option that was on my phone has since been removed when I activated my work email a few months ago. We're not able to find an option on the phone to edit or delete the Enterprise account.

If your BB has been deactivated at BES, then no further action at the server side is needed. However, your BB would still need to be cleansed of the latent IT Policy so that all functions that perhaps were disabled by that Policy can be reinstated. See this:
I actually recommend method 4, which will totally reset your BB back to factory condition. You will want to perform a backup with the Desktop Software first and then only do a selective restore of exactly what you require, avoiding restoration of any of the Databases that have anything to do with the IT Policy...if you do a wholesale restore, you'll put the IT Policy back on board and be right back where you started.
You also need to talk to your carrier...your plan from them likely is BES-level, which you no longer require, and you can save money by dropping to a BIS plan. After they do that, I recommend the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Then you can configure your email from whatever source it is located:
Then, you need to decide where/how you are going to keep the rest of your data (e.g., calendar, contacts, etc.). If you use Google or Yahoo, you can configure some of that to reconcile to your BB wirelessly:
Otherwise, you will need to synchronize your data via USB/BT tethered sync to your PC:
